Neeldavid Katwal started his journey with humble beginnings from the small village of Jhapa, Nepal. Like any other family in this region, his family too wanted him to be in a so-called respected professions like engineers, management, etc. But he was passionate about hairstyle as a profession. Though being a male hair stylist wasn’t accepted so well those days in society.
Neel David being passionate about hair & beauty decided to take risk and follow the passion one fine day. He started a unisex salon in Nepal. As a result, Neeldavids salon of hair & beauty was born on 9th June, 2006 in Kathmandu, Nepal
His work was well appreciated by his customers and with the support of a strong team and mentors, Now Neeldavids is a popular unisex salon brand in Nepal & India with over 50+ franchisees.
Neeldavid is an internationally certified hairstylist and makeup artist. He has gained immense experiences from different institutions in Delhi, Thailand, America, London & Singapore over his time. He is also trained by Mrs. Christine Blundel (Oscar Award Winning makeup artist from Hollywood) and with Toni and Guy (London) which is considered to be the premier institution regarding creative hairstyle. Neeldavid Katwal is considered to be the first International hairstylist from Nepal. He is the first person to attain International fame as a hairstylist from Nepal who created records haircuts with razor and scissors blindfolded. It took him 25 minutes to complete 5 haircuts blindfolded. He has experience in conducting more than 200 hair seminars and fashion shows to date. Neeldavid is well known for his professional ethics along with customer satisfaction and his unique style in the field of fashion and creative hair designing.
Neeldavid Katwal is in the major expansion drive and would like to offer his services to people around the world & also start Neeldavids Academy to share his knowledge & expertise with the next generation.
Neeldavid also believes in giving back to society and part of his earning is going back to help the people around, by sponsoring educations and improving the quality of life.
